Chris Rock opened up about past experiences with bullying and letting people 'walk all over' him in recent podcast
Rock, 57, opened up about past in a podcast in January with Dana Carvey and David Spade. He said that he was bullied as a child and fought back with anger. He said that after beating up a bully, he feared his own capacity for anger.
Rock said as an adult, he was letting people 'walk all over' him to avoid conflict. Rock said he was eventually able to express his anger without explosiveness. The comic has been in the headlines after Smith hit him after joke about his wife. Rock did not press charges in connection with the incident, police said
