Chris Hemsworth arrive to the 75th Annual Golden Globe Awards held at the Beverly Hilton Hotel on Jan. 7, 2018.The actor stopped by where he revealed a musical moment on set that helped him tap into the depressed nature of Fat Thor.
"I didn’t know if I was ever going to show it because it was in the trailer and in between a few takes," he said to Fallon, who suggested the video he's referring to was a form of method acting. Hemsworth says that he chose Johnny Cash's version of Nine Inch Nails' "Hurt," since it's "the saddest song in the world." Fallon then rolls the clip of Hemworth decked in his Thor attire, singing the song and playing it on guitar.
