Chris Daughtry says his kids were 'so proud.'
The show's panel of celebrity guessers -- which included Robin Thicke, Jenny McCarthy, Ken Jeong and Nicole Scherzinger -- never once came close to guessing that Daughtry was under that mask, and it turns out the singer's own kids didn't realize it.
Apparently, keeping his identity a secret from his family was challenging for the rocker, but it was equally hard to keep the secret when he was approached by fans asking him for clues or confirmations. Regarding his time on the show, the singer said he was amazed every time he saw one of the celebs get unmasked -- which he only saw when the show aired, along with the rest of America. And, out of all of the other 15 contestants on the show, he was only ever sure about The Leopard secretly being Seal.
