A support worker has expressed her passion about making a difference to a town that his been hit with an influx in anti-social behaviour in recent weeks.

They don't have the same level of understanding or ability to risk assess situations and make the same conscious decisions that we can.
Ella's passion for change comes after an influx of reports on LancsLive have reported on anti-social behaviour incidents in Chorley in recent weeks. Many people have taken to social media to explain their thoughts on the topic and concerns over some of the goings-on.
