A recently revealed court filing alleged the icon had hired four men to abduct her son, Elijah Blue Allman, from a hotel room in November 2022.
Straight-shootin’ multi-hyphenate icon Cher bluntly told the New York Post, “I didn’t do it,” when asked in a recent interview about the allegation that she hired men to kidnap her son Elijah Blue Allman last year. But, there’s a but. Cher continued: “And if I did it, I wouldn’t say I did it.” “You never stop being a mom — you go to the end, you go to the mattresses when you’re trying to save your children. But I didn’t do it. And if I did it, I wouldn’t care to tell you,” she continued .
Whenever you can help them, you just do it because that’s what being a mother is. But it’s joy, even with heartache — mostly, when you think of your children, you just smile and you love them, and you try to be there for them.” In the past, Allman has discussed his issues with drugs, including heroin. I think the biggest news here is that Cher wouldn’t talk about something like this if it were true. She’s always seemed like such an open book. I guess she still is, in a way, about not being open.
