Charlize Theron was almost unrecognizable as Megyn Kelly in Bombshell. But on the Oscars red carpet she brought that classic Charlize beauty.
The actress was a total bombshell as she arrived to the 2020 Academy Awards at Dolby Theatre in Hollywood on Sunday.
Theron, 44, looked stunning, wearing a black Dior Haute Couture gown with one off-the-shoulder strap and a thigh-high slit and long train. Theron walked the red carpet with her mother, Gerda, who looked equally beautiful in a dark blue dress. . She is up against Cynthia Erivo

Everyone’s dressed to the nines, and I look like a complete schlub,” said Theron, lamenting that if she were to go home and get dressed up in “fancy clothes” that she might miss the presentation of the Academy Award for Best Actress. “Saoirse Ronan told me she was just going to ‘wear whatever,’ but she’s absolutely stunning. Even my agent looks better than me. Maybe if I just sit down, nobody will notice what I’m wearing.” At press time, Theron was sprinting down Hollywood Boulevard to buy a nice skirt at the Gap.
