Iman took to Instagram following her new bundle of joy's arrival to share the sweetest family photo from the hospital. Iman and Shepard are also parents to 1-year-old"Our Christmas gift came early 👶🏽🎀 Cassie Snow Shepard 12•17•19 ❄️," the glowing mom wrote alongside a photo of her and Shepard in the hospital bed, with baby Cassie and Cali. The post quickly filled with congratulatory comments.
