Two cousins under age 5 were forced to have sex with each another on more than 10 occasions while their Lancaster County caregiver watched, police said in court documents filed against the woman this week. Kelly Rae Groff, 41, of Ephrata, is being held at Lancaster County Prison in lieu of $1 million bail on charges of rape, statutory sexual assault, and seven related offenses.
