The ultras group said they had been left out of pocket with the club continuing to take direct debits from members for match tickets.
Celtic have told Green Brigade members they will be reimbursed for any home matches they are banned from attending.
However, a club spokesman has said that NO tickets were issues for the Metropolitano Stadium in the Spanish capital to Green Brigade members. And that for any payment taken for any home matches, they would be compensated. In response to the ultras group statement, a club spokesperson said: "No tickets were issued to the group for the match in Madrid or payment taken by the Club.
