Star NYC sommelier charged with setting fire to multiple outdoor dining setups
Security footage at Prince Street Pizza appears to show Caleb Ganzer setting flame to the restaurant’s outdoor structure.Fire department officials announced on Wednesday that Caleb Ganzer, a celebrated sommelier and partner at Nolita wine bar La Compagnie des Vins Surnaturels, had been arrested and charged with two counts of felony. The charges include three instances of arson, including two at outdoor dining structures in Manhattan, and other crimes in connection to the fires.
