This was the shocking moment a disgruntled customer caused carnage in a bakery after demanding a refund for Easter eggs she forgot to pick up. Jayne Harrison was on the till at Little Blonde Bakes, in Bury, when the woman phoned to call for her money back yesterday .
"I think if you order Easter eggs for your children, you don't forget that. It was just horrendous, it was horrible, and we have so many lovely customers - I've never come across something like this before." "She said we had sold them on, but we hadn't. They were cheesecake-filled, they would be no good to anybody now, they've gone off. She asked to speak to the manager and I said 'I own the place, so you will come back my way'."
