A tweet from CPP announced that it was investigating outages from East 149th Street and Aspinwall Avenue to East 152nd Street, as well as around Velour Avenue, In a second tweet, it added that the outage was caused by a car that crashed into two poles on St Clair AvenueIt is not clear when the accident occurred and if there were any injuries
