it is likely that the model predictions reflect more clinically significant disease risks. This may also partly explain the underpredicted risks in UK Biobank, before recalibration. However, further research is needed on genetic predictors for aggressive PCa and on validating the prediction of specifically aggressive PCa risks. The model does not incorporate nonfamilial/nongenetic factors, such as PSA or other clinical measurements.
