Call The Midwife actress Fenella Woolgar who played Sister Hilda on the show, has stunned fans as she appeared in her new role as Margret Thatcher in BBC drama The Reckoning
Call The Midwife star Fenella Woolgar, who played Sister Hilda in the show, looked unrecognisable as she has transformed for a new BBC show.
Fans were impressed with the way Fenella played Margret Thatcher and they took to social media to share their praise. Someone else commented: “The only things creepier than Steve Coogans' stellar performance and appearance were the Maggie Thatcher scenes. #TheReckoning #bbc.”Finally, someone said: “She plays her so well. Brilliant actress.”
However, some of the scenes left viewers feeling uncomfortable, especially one scene which saw Steve Coogan, who plays Savile, sitting in a bright tracksuit, with his signature cigar.
