The 60-year-old was last seen at his home in Darwen on Monday evening
Members of the public are being urged to call 999 if they see this missing man as part of a police appeal.
Michael Young was last seen at his home on Blackburn Road in Darwen on Monday afternoon around 5.45pm. The 60-year-old has not been seen or heard from since. Lancashire Constabulary said Michael is described as 5ft 10ins tall and bald. He also has a mole on his left upper lip and walks with a limp.The Darwen man was last seen wearing a white and green shirt, black coat and dark blue jeans, with black crocs. Officers have released a picture of Michael on social media as part of an appeal and are urging the public to "call 999 immediately if you see him".
In a statement issued this morning (October 10, a force spokesperson said: "Have you seen Michael Young, aged 60, who is missing from Darwen? He was last seen at his home, on Blackburn Road in Darwen yesterday afternoon around 17:45pm."He was last seen wearing a white and green shirt, black coat and dark blue jeans, with black crocs.
"We need you to call 999 immediately if you see him. For non-immediate sightings or if you have any information whatsoever about Michael please call 101, quoting log 1420 of 9th October."
