"It is a case of calculated deception driven, I think, by her narcissistic behavior, and it really had an impact on this community and nationwide as far as that goes," Johnson said.The comments came days after Papini was arrested and charged with making false statements to a federal law enforcement officer and mail fraud, the Department of Justice said in a news release.
