Police have named the man who died after a car crash on Friday as Joshua Lloyd RobertsNorth Wales Police is appealing for informationTributes have been paid to a "happy, outgoing" university student who died after a car crash.
A 19-year-old man was arrested on suspicion of causing death by dangerous driving, failing to stop after a collision and failing to report a collision. He has since been released on bail."He was very well known in the local area and enjoyed spending time with his friends and family and always had a lovely smile on his face," they said.
