Christmas came early at Buckingham Palace over the weekend
Royal snowmen are crying out to be made over at Buckingham Palace, which received a fluffy thick carpeting over the weekend.
"The most beautiful place in the world", one follower declared, before two more commented: "Beautiful, it's a white Christmas! Merry Christmas to us all!" and "Very beautiful pictures". The property - boasting 775 rooms, 92 offices and 78 bathrooms - is currently in the midst of a colossal restoration and repair job, said to be costing £369 million, with work expected to last for another five years.
"It is certainly true that Camilla doesn't want to live at Buckingham Palace," they revealed, while a spokesperson for the property confirmed: "It is expected that the necessary works will be completed for Their Majesties to take up residence in 2027.
