"MIC Drop" is the fourth BTS video to reach the billion mark milestone."DNA," released in September 2017, currently has 1.3 billion views;"Boy With Luv," released in April 2019 and featuring Halsey, also boasts 1.3 billion views; while"Dynamite," released nearly a year ago in August 2020, has 1.1 billion.
Not surprisingly, ARMY was elated by BTS' latest accomplishment. The hashtag #MicDrop1B began trending on Twitter Monday , with fans sharing screengrabs and gifs from the video in their celebratory messages.
