The Browns have three new additions to their practice squad.
The team has signed tackle Geron Christian, running back Kenyan Drake and wide receiver James Proche to the practice squad and released running back Nate McCrary and running back Jordan Wilkins. In addition, the team has placed tackle Ty Nsekhe on practice squad/injured after getting hurt against the Seahawks on Sunday.Browns trade WR Donovan Peoples-Jones to the Lions for 6th round pick in 2025
Christian will replace Nsekhe and is in his sixth season out of Louisville. Originally a third-round pick by Washington in 2018, Christian has appeared in 49 games with 16 starts between the Commanders , Texans and Chiefs . He started one game for the Texans this season in a win over the Steelers. Drake was originally a third-round pick by Miami in 2016 and is an Alabama product. He has played in 103 games with 44 starts with the Dolphins, Cardinals, Raiders and the Ravens. For his career he has 868 carries for 3,866 yards and 33 touchdowns, as well as 218 receptions for 1,655 yards and eight touchdowns. This season, he appeared in two games for the Ravens with two receptions for 31 yards.Proche has also spent time with the Ravens, and was a 2020 sixth-round pick by Baltimore.
