Updated: Mar. 20, 2022, 5:01 a.m. |CLEVELAND, Ohio — The Cleveland Browns chased a trade for controversial Houston Texans quarterback Deshaun Watson and were rejected and then accepted as Watson’s mind was changed by a ton of guaranteed money.
The Browns gave Watson $230 million in guaranteed money, and they gave the Texans their first-round picks in 2022, 2023 and 2024.
