Knoxville, TNI absolutely love this recipe, they are a hit wherever I bring them, and have even been dubbed “the crack cookies” by some of my coworkers because of how addictive they are. They are a go-to for me! However, this recipe is a bit imprecise and could use some work. Not including the ingredients by weight really makes it tough to know if you’re doing it right.
- Made with light brown sugar, instead of dark brown,still got good results I wish there was exact measurements as I've had to make batches a few times to get it right.I think the important steps in this recipe are 1) mixing the eggs into the butter mixture until it lightens in color 2) not over baking - baking just until edges are set and middle is soft 3) keeping cookies on baking sheet for 10 minutes before putting on cooling rack so chocolate is set.
