Matthew Gebert, the State Department employee, has been placed on administrative leave from his job as a foreign affairs officer in the Department's Bureau of Energy Resources after the civil rights organization's made the claim.Gebert's brother, Michael Gebert, told CNN on Thursday that details in the extensive report released last week by the Southern Poverty Law Center's Hatewatch initiative are accurate.
