the majority of the time, while Brit gets them 30 percent -- a big change from when they shared 50/50 custody last year. Reportedly, this is the way they've been splitting time for awhile now, and their hearing just made it official.
After all that Britney has been through lately -- including entering treatment earlier this year for her mental health -- it makes sense that Kevin would be doing most of the heavy lifting these days. But hopefully, one day, Britney will be stable enough to spend more time with her kids.
