Prominent Hollywood lawyer Matthew S. Rosengart was approved to represent Spears last week
My partner’s uncle got busted for conservatorship abuse of his own mother . My partner and I tried to tell other people in the family what he was doing and no one would listen.
In the end he got busted for stealing all her savings , remortgaging her house that was already paid off, putting over $40k on her credit cards, selling anything she had of value that wasn’t nailed down, and the asshole even cashed in her funeral account. The state appointed conservator that followed was not quite as bad, but also terrible. She even gave herself a raise at one point, from like $50 an hour to $75. The whole system is a joke.
