Such was the popularity of the late monarch in the UK, baby name experts say there will be a sharp rise ingoes down with the public, according to Laura Wattenberg, founder of Namerology.com and author ofThe Royal Family has a “powerful influence on name style”, said Ms Wattenberg, citing the surge of babies named George, Charlotte and Louis, the names of the Prince and Princess of Wales’s three children.
She said: “The popularity of the royal names is a notable honour in this era, when most traditional names are fading fast.
