Israeli Defence Minister Yoav Gallant ordered a ‘complete siege’ on Gaza following an attack by Hamas militants on Saturday.
British-Palestinians have said they are “terrified” for their family members still living in Gaza amid Israel’s siege on the territory.

Mr Awad said he was “terrified” for his family, adding: “I don’t eat or sleep for days now. I cannot control my emotions.” “I’ve been receiving messages… of various members of friends’ families and relatives dying and being killed as a result of what’s going on – the bombardment and attacks on Gaza.” Fady Abusidu said he is ‘quite sad and quite concerned about the safety of family and friends’ in Gaza
