British-led investigators say ‘highly likely Ukraine dam collapse caused by Russian-planted explosives’
The vast Soviet-era hydroelectric dam, which has been under Russian control since troops invaded in February 2022, was breached in the early hours of June 6.Ukraine is investigating the incident as a war crime and– or “ecocide” – with assistance from Global Rights Compliance, an international human rights law firm.
