A BRITISH teen has reportedly been raped by a tourist in a horror attack on a Greek island.
Police in Halki have launched a manhunt for a 16-year-old suspect after the alleged sexual assault in the early hours of Wednesday.The 15-year-old girl claimed she was raped by an Italian holidaymaker between 4.30am and 5am in the Pondamos area of the island. She visited a doctor's office following the alleged attack, who then informed officers about the allegations.
Cops are said to have tried to track down the teenage boy via social media after acquiring witness statements.However, the holidaymaker is reported to have already left Halki with his family before cops could catch up with him. He boarded a ferry with his relatives bound for Kamiro Skala on the ship Nisos Halki at around 08:30 on Wednesday morning.
