Polin season is here! A first-look video from the set of Bridgerton season 3 reveals that production has started on the next batch of episodes and Penelope and Colin are ready to take center stage.
A behind-the-scenes video from the production of Bridgerton season 3 shares a first look at the returning cast, particularly the new romantic leads. Bridgerton, which premiered season 1 on Netflix in December 2020, is one of the streaming platform's most popular series. Based on the romance novel series of the same name by author Julia Quinn, the show is a drama set in the world of the ton, the upper crust community of Regency England society.
SCREENRANT VIDEO OF THE DAY The first season focused on the blossoming love between eldest daughter Daphne Bridgerton and the handsome rake Simon Basset, Duke of Hastings after they decide to pretend to be in a relationship. The second season switched perspective to that of eldest son Anthony Bridgerton as he entered a torrid love triangle with newly returned sisters Kate and Edwina Sharma .
Today, Netflix shared a behind-the-scenes video announcing that Bridgerton season 3 is officially in production. The video opens with many members of the returning cast giving the peace sign, then flipping it around to show the number 3. Then, Newton opens a carriage to reveal Coughlan, announcing the official beginning of production before he joins her, presumably to ride off into the sunset together.
