Nicola Coughlan has got a point to prove. Taking to the stage at Sunday's BAFTA Awards , thestar called out stereotypically sexist claims that 'women aren't funny' whilst presenting the award for Male Performance in a Comedy Programme.
"So, we are here tonight to answer the very important question: Are men funny?" the 35-year-old joked."Unfortunately, science has no way of figuring this out, so the only way I can think of that is fair to determine who wins this award, is to have some sort of illegal fight club, in which each nominee duals to the death."
The Irish actor continued:"No, I've just been told the fight club is a no-go, it's not happening. So we'll do this the traditional way...
