Brendan Rodgers has issued an injury update on his Celtic squad ahead of Sunday's clash against Hearts.
Celtic will have Daizen Maeda in their squad for Sunday’s Premiership clash against Hearts after he missed Japan’s October friendlies while centre-back Maik Nawrocki could return after two months out with a hamstring injury.
Manager Brendan Rodgers said: “Daizen is okay. He had a slight knock after the Kilmarnock game and, with it being friendlies, the communication between their medical team and ours meant he didn’t have to travel. “He had some treatment for a few days but he has been training now over a week so he is absolutely fine.
“Maik is 10 days or so into his training and getting sharper every day and finding his football fitness.
