It seems Bradley Cooper is in early talks to join Guillermo del Toro's 'Nightmare Alley.'
, say that Cooper has recently received an offer for the film, and although both parties have been talking, it’s not sure if a deal has been closed. If Cooper makes the deal, he would take the place ofStraying away from the 1947 Fox-produced, del Toro will more so base his film off of the William Lindsey Gresham novel. The 1947 film starred Tyrone Power and Joan Blondell, and was directed by Edmund Goulding.
Del Toro is set to direct the film and co-write the script with Kim Morgan. The director will also finance and produce the film alongside TSG Entertainment’s J. Miles Dale. Set to start shooting this fall, the film will be one of del Toro’s first directorial features since his Academy Award-winning Best Picture
