Brad Pitt bought the home his elderly Los Angeles neighbour lived in – then let him carry on living there rent-free, it has been revealed.
She explained that a widowed man, named John, lived in one of the houses snapped up by the Hollywood actor. "I imagine Brad was thinking well, you know, he can live there till he dies, which might be any minute now." The property in which the actor lived and raised his children alongside ex-wife Angelina Jolie was sold in an off-market deal for about $40m in March this year.
