The unnamed youngster, now aged nine, suffered horrific neglect at the hands of his father Jonathan Starr, stepmother Sarah, and Sarah's aunt Shelley Barnes.
An abused young boy forced to live outside in a dog kennel has been seen in pictures locked in a cage as a baby.
Shelley, 56, Jonathan, 32, and Sarah, 40, have since been arrested on child abuse charges. The boy, who remains anonymous along with his siblings, is currently being cared for by social services. The ages of his siblings range from eight months old to seven years. When the young boy's fifth sibling was born in February of this year, he stopped appearing in posts to Sarah’s social media accounts. Photos show just four children, leading to friends asking where the fifth was.Police finally attended the home when a neighbour spotted to the youngster locked up.
