Boy admits murdering boy who was stabbed to death outside of school
A BOY, 15, has pleaded guilty to the murder of Khayri Mclean after he launched a "planned attack" last year.1Appearing at Leeds Crown Court today, he pleaded guilty. It's understood the 17-year-old took part in the attack on Khayri and had a knife on him.
Prosecuting, Jonathan Sandiford and George Hazel-Owram told the court the fatal attack was "not spontaneous but planned". The court heard: "Although this defendant did not strike the fatal blow, the Crown says he is guilty of murder because he and [the 15-year-old] acted together to attack Khayri Mclean with knives and their intention in doing so must have been to kill him or at least to cause him GBH - which is sufficient for murder."
