Owner and fitness expert, Julie Wilkes joins Good Day Columbus to introduce a new fitness class sure to keep you bouncing! The new class comes as Seven Studios expands to open up more space for clients working out, as well as opening up the garage doors to let in fresh air!
The benefits of trampoline fitness include an increase of blood flood and circulation, serotonin and dopamine as well as build flexibility and strength. The introductory trampoline fitness classes are set to debut at Seven Studios next week with more advanced workouts starting in July.
