A final decision looms
Planning bosses are expected to give the green light to plans for a multi-storey car park with sports pitches, a function room, roof terrace and helipad to be built at Botany Bay.
Chorley-based FI Real Estate Management owns Botany Bay and uses part of the upper floors as its main offices. The firm is also behind the already approved industrial estate, which will include an drive through restaurant and on which construction is already under way.The firm is also bringing forward plans to restore the historic mill to serve not only as its offices but also house multiple floors of storage units.
