British Prime Minister Boris Johnson expressed concern the Kremlin might begin using chemical weapons in Ukraine.
Russia's claim that the United States is running a bioweapons facility in Ukraine is"straight out of Russia's playbook" and could be used as justification to deploy deadlier weapons in the face of strong Ukrainian resistance, Johnson said."They start saying that there are chemical weapons that have been stored by their opponents or by the Americans," he told Sky News.
"The credibility of information provided by Kremlin is in general very doubtful and low," said EU foreign affairs spokesman Peter Stano, according to Euro News. The Kremlin's bloody assault on Ukraine has been bogged down by a string of military setbacks due to Ukraine's powerful resistance.
