The FBI has been asked to look at a liquid substance that was brought to the Bolingbrook Police Department Monday afternoon.
Two men and a woman brought a liquid substance that “allegedly contained an unknown poison” to the police station at about 2:15 p.m. Monday and the Bolingbrook Fire Department was contacted, police said in a news release.Out of an abundance of caution, police closed the lobby, and staff who had contact with the substance had been quarantined.
Police said Tuesday what the substance is has not been determined. The FBI took the substance for additional analysis.
