Boeing has continued to produce the 737, which was grounded internationally after a series of fatal crashes, forcing the company to get creative.

After the Boeing 737 Max was involved in multiple fatal crashes, aviation ministries the world over grounded the planes until signal and software issues were adequately addressed.
