A body pulled from the ocean this week was confirmed to be Tylar Michaud, an 18-year-old fisherman who had been missing for a month.Michaud vanished just one month after graduating high school and celebrating his 18th birthday.The teen’s family described him as an avid fisherman who couldn’t get enough time on the water.
