A Blackpool hotel manager has hit back after a guest's reivew told others to 'not stay here if you’re wanting a good nights sleep'.
Another five star review reads: " Took my daughter to Blackpool for a few days and stayed at the Royal Seabank as part of a deal. The hotel is obviously kept very clean and we had nice fresh towels etc left each day. Everything went smoothly even though the hotel was clearly very busy, the staff are lovely and very accommodating.
The full review reads: "The only thing I liked about this hotel was location! Mattress and pillows so thin with no support. Red lift didn’t work, receptionist never there to complain. Please save some money on the entertainment and update this tired place!"
