Police smashed in a number of doors across Blackpool in a bid to stamp down on organised and serious crime.
Officers seized suspected Class A and Class B drugs as well as cash. A video shared on the Blackpool Police Facebook page today shows police breaking down front doors across the seaside town with a number of suspects being handcuffed and taken away in police vans.A statement accompanying the video said: "12 warrants executed, 9 arrests, 7 charged and 2 in custody. This week we executed a series of raids in Blackpool, reaffirming our commitment to fighting serious and organised crime.
"Operation Warrior targets both individuals and gangs involved in crime, as well as associated issues such as violence and intimidation, large scale drug supply, exploitation and fraud, all of which can cause serious harm to local communities."
