Forrell Lawson was last seen Tuesday leaving the Children's Village Group Home at 2001 18th St. SW, police said.
Aug. 29, 2023, 8:18 p.m.Birmingham police asked for the public’s help Tuesday in locating a missing 12-year-old boy who ran away from a group home.
It was not immediately clear the exact time Forrell was spotted, but he was seen leaving the home on foot in an unknown direction, police said. Anyone with information on Forrell’s whereabouts was asked to call Det. Z. Pitts, Jr. at 205-834-5899.
