Jared, who is the son of Survivor legend and Big Brother 25 houseguest Cirie Fields, played the game with his mother throughout his time on the show, keeping their relationship a secret from the majority of the other houseguests.
In an interview with Parade, Jared shared that while he understands the gravity of the situation surrounding his word choice, "Disabilities are something that I would never use to my advantage.
Jared Fields Wishes He Could Change "One Thing" About Big Brother Gameplay Jared, who had a fight with Big Brother 25's Cory Wurtenberger that blew up his game from the inside out, shared with EW the one thing he would change about his gameplay. Jared explained, "If I could change absolutely one thing, it would be not using Cameron as a replacement nominee.
Jared's comments in his post-eviction interviews have seemed to try and pull the narrative away from his controversies and focus it on his gameplay. While Jared was a competitor in the Big Brother 25 house, several of his competition wins came as a default, and his confidence in his gameplay might be unearned. Coming into the house with an extreme advantage as his reality TV legend mom Cirie was there to help him, it was clear that Jared felt over-confident about his position in the game.
Big Brother season 25 airs Sundays at 10 p.m. EDT, Tuesdays at 8 p.m. EDT, and Thursdays at 9 p.m. EDT on CBS.
