When asked about how concerned he is about the prospect of a recession given the GDP report, the president said he is not. The president also said unemployment is at its "lowest rate since 1970," and said "a record 4.5 million businesses were created last year." Scott rolled out the plan in February, calling it the "11 Point Plan to Rescue America," which proposed raising income taxes on Americans.
