The Biden administration will hold Southwest Airlines 'accountable' if it fails to fulfill commitments to customers for 'controllable delays and cancellations,' Transportation Secretary Pete Buttigieg said on Thursday, after the airline canceled thousands of flights in the wake of winter storms.
