Betty White, who’s turning 100 in January, joked that her diet includes avoiding “anything green” and credited her longevity to being born “a cockeyed optimist.”

White, who starred in the 2009 film "The Proposal" alongside Sandra Bullock and Ryan Reynolds, brought that same energy to set.
