‘Best African Music Performance’ category welcomed at Grammy Awards by LeahMahon_
A NEW category branded as “Best African Music Performance” category will make an appearance at the coveted Grammy Awards ceremony next year.
It comes after Afrobeat stars like Burna Boy, Asake, Tems and Tiwa Savage continue to dominate the Afrobeat charts in the UK and around the world. The category also joins Best Alternative Jazz Album and Best Pop Dance Recording to this year’s 66th Grammy Awards.
